It is the mission of the Casper Mountain Racers to provide the programs, leadership, and learning environment to develop individuals in competitive snow sports with the core values of: Team, Loyalty, Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Perseverance and Courage. Athletes are encouraged to achieve their personal best, and develop a life-long love of the sport.
